Suggestions to get your creative juices flowing:
- Play the song on a different instrument
- Change the tempo, rhythm, style
- Learn someone elses song and analyse it
- Listen to different types of music
- Finish the song (whatever you think of it) and then edit it later
- Ask for other people's opinions
